Tuesday –International flight. Fly to Bocas del Toro via Panama City, Panama or San Jose, Costa Rica. Stay one night.

April 11th, 2012
Wednesday - Day 1/Regional travel and arrive to island (1 hr flight) - Welcome Reception on Bocas Del Toro

April 12th, 2012
Thursday - Day 2/STAGE 1 – 18k across Bocas Del Toro. 45k for ultra category

April 13th, 2012
Friday - Day 3/STAGE 2 – 21k across Bastimentos Island. 45k for ultra category

April 14th, 2012
Saturday - Day 4/STAGE 3 10k across San Cristobel and FINISH of race.

A final farewell lunch and award ceremony at Bocas Del Drago (12-2PM). Event Ends. Depart Islands or continue on for more Panama tours.

Choose traditional island run route (50k in 3 stages) or
ultra (ultra on stages 1 and 2 – Total of 100k)

The routes are spectacular and scenic and take you along amazing stretches of unspoiled white sand beaches or through rainforest trails.
